Fueron m\u00e1s de 1200 folios, los tres libros de El capital, completos. Fue la \u00fanica vez en su vida que realiz\u00f3 tal trabajo. En diciembre de 1865 conclu\u00eda el libro III (despu\u00e9s de haberlo interrumpido para escribir el libro ll, \u00fanica vez en su vida en que escribi\u00f3 \u00edntegro este libro, que el mismo Engels ignor\u00f3). El autor efect\u00faa el primer comentario de estos Manuscritos del 63-65 a partir de los in\u00e9ditos del archivo de Amsterdam y de Berl\u00edn.En enero de 1866 Marx emprendi\u00f3 la cuarta redacci\u00f3n de El capital, cuyo libro I ublic\u00f3 en su primera edici\u00f3n en 1867. El texto por el que normalmente se comienza a leer El capital es frecuentemente la segunda edici\u00f3n de 1873 (cuando no la cuarta edici\u00f3n de Engels). El autor comenta, paso por paso, la historia de la redacci\u00f3n y edici\u00f3n de este libro l, y se refiere igualmente a los manuscritos del libro II y III todav\u00eda in\u00e9ditos.El autor concluye la obra uniendo la segunda edici\u00f3n de El capital de 1873 con el presente latinoamericano, y enfrentando su propia interpretaci\u00f3n filos\u00f3fico-econ\u00f3mica de la obra de Marx con las de Luk\u00e1cs, Korsch, Kos\u00edk, Marcuse, Althusser y Habermas.Se trata \u2014si consideramos las dos obras anteriores de E. Dussel\u2014 del primer comentario en el orden mundial de las cuatro redacciones de El capital de Karl Marx.
