{"id":31627,"date":"2026-10-24T04:29:17","date_gmt":"2026-10-24T07:29:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.mundoebook.cl\/?post_type=product&#038;p=31627"},"modified":"2026-11-01T11:48:25","modified_gmt":"2026-11-01T14:48:25","slug":"filosofia-del-derecho","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/wp.mundoebook.cl\/?product=filosofia-del-derecho","title":{"rendered":"Filosof\u00eda del Derecho"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En la Enciclopedia de las Ciencias Filos\u00f3ficas de Hegel, el desarrollo del Esp\u00edritu, que est\u00e1 apegado a la historia de los pueblos y culturas (Grecia antigua, Imperio romano, Antiguo r\u00e9gimen, Revoluci\u00f3n francesa y Romanticismo), es denominado Esp\u00edritu Objetivo, es decir, el mundo creado por la historia de los hombres.Sin embargo, ese mundo objetivo puede tambi\u00e9n ser encarado desde otro punto de vista, ya no en su evoluci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica sino a trav\u00e9s de sus instituciones, de sus normas y c\u00f3digos, que son como sedimentos dejados poco a poco por la historia.\u00c9se es el fin de la Filosof\u00eda del Derecho. Estos principios no se limitan por tanto a la instituci\u00f3n del derecho o la jurisprudencia: abarcan todo lo que proviene del Esp\u00edritu Objetivo, desde concepciones morales a realidades econ\u00f3micas y sociales, desde la instituci\u00f3n familiar hasta la pol\u00edtica. En concreto, se dividen en tres partes:I. El derecho abstracto: Trata de la voluntad inmediata de las personas, por ejemplo, la de hacerse con un bien. El derecho abstracto define contractualmente los bienes propios de cada uno, previendo las penas a infligir en caso de infracci\u00f3n.II. La moralidad: Pero toda voluntad no est\u00e1 ligada inmediatamente con los bienes: puede tambi\u00e9n orientarse en funci\u00f3n de ciertos fines o valores. Es lo que Hegel llama moralidad.III.
