El autor, tras desmontar por completo ese pretexto, da detallada cuenta de dos conocidos manuales de torturas de la CIA que recogen id\u00e9nticos m\u00e9todos a los aplicados por las fuerzas de seguridad espa\u00f1olas, y denuncia el modo sistem\u00e1tico en que se sigue construyendo un muro de silencio c\u00f3mplice para negar la tortura. Todo tipo de datos que dejan al descubierto el infame negacionismo de la tortura, que reina a sus anchas en el Estado espa\u00f1ol desde la transici\u00f3n, siendo el verdadero Manual de los torturadores espa\u00f1oles y sus c\u00f3mplices.
