Eudald Carbonell y Robert Sala repasan cada una de las adquisiciones que se convertir\u00e1n en propias de los humanos, desde el bipedismo adquirido por los primeros hom\u00ednidos hasta el desarrollo de un lenguaje simb\u00f3lico. Los autores aportan datos emp\u00edricos recientes de la arqueolog\u00eda prehist\u00f3rica y la paleontolog\u00eda humana, entre los cuales destacan los descubrimientos de Atapuerca, y se decantan por la socializaci\u00f3n del conocimiento cient\u00edfico y la superaci\u00f3n de prejuicios como el etnocentrismo, que en ocasiones han sido como anteojeras para los cient\u00edficos ante algunas evidencias. Una de las conclusiones de Planeta humano es que disponemos de la informaci\u00f3n suficiente como para no tener que plantear las preguntas de siempre: \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo nos hicimos humanos? \u00bfA partir de qu\u00e9 momento somos humanos?
