Carrillo tiene como ayudantes a Linda Ross, una mujer con aspecto de elfa que hab\u00eda tocado techo en la Marina, y a Max Hanley, el hombre encargado de los detalles y de llevar a la pr\u00e1ctica los planes de Carrillo, por demenciales que estos fueran.En esta ocasi\u00f3n, Carrillo lleva a cabo una misi\u00f3n suicida para liberar al almirante Yuri Borodin de una prisi\u00f3n de alta seguridad rusa. Borodin se hab\u00eda convertido en el principal enemigo de Pytor Kenin, uno de los almirantes de la flota rusa m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes de la historia de Rusia y uno de los hombres m\u00e1s corruptos y peligrosos del planeta.Carrillo tiene como objetivo salvar a Borodin de un juicio injusto y una condena a muerte segura, pero su plan fracasa y el almirante ruso fallece, aunque antes de morir le dice un nombre: \u00abTesla\u00bb.
