Los celtas no dejaron historia escrita y su tradici\u00f3n era netamente oral. Solamente podemos basarnos en fuentes romanas, de las cuales la principal es la Guerra de las Galias de Julio Cesar. \u00bfSon estas suficientes? \u00bfEs fiable la versi\u00f3n del vencedor?El presente trabajo intenta demostrar, a trav\u00e9s de las dos vertientes m\u00e1s importantes que poseemos: las epopeyas, compiladas por los monjes irlandeses del siglo VIII, y el mundo fe\u00e9rico, articulado por la tradici\u00f3n folkl\u00f3rica, que la cultura celta es mucho m\u00e1s que un conjunto de pr\u00e1cticas m\u00e1gicas dominadas por los druidas. Esa cultura, que hoy suele ser idealizada, o curiosamente adaptada a una visi\u00f3n new age, posee en realidad una estructura m\u00edtica tan importante como la grecorromana, aunque mucho menos conocida. Y es este aspecto el que escoge Viviana Campos para abordar su trabajo. De all\u00ed en mas, se atiene a las pocas fuentes ciertas, menciona las dudosas y se\u00f1ala las evidentes deformaciones hist\u00f3ricas. Mitolog\u00eda, historia y folklore, mas que sospechosas cronolog\u00edas.
