Entre noviembre de 1989 y febrero de 1990, TVE emite la primera serie policial \u00edntegramente espa\u00f1ola: Brigada Central. Con Juan Madrid como guionista \u00fanico, la serie consigue un \u00e9xito asombroso y de inmediato alcanza proyecci\u00f3n internacional. M\u00faltiples cadenas americanas y europeas compran los derechos de emisi\u00f3n, y las televisiones espa\u00f1olas vuelven a emitirla en innumerables ocasiones. Lo que no sabe el p\u00fablico es que la Guardia Civil par\u00f3 el rodaje de la serie. La Direcci\u00f3n General de la Polic\u00eda encabezada en aquel entonces por Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Rodr\u00edguez Colorado, condenado despu\u00e9s por malversaci\u00f3n de fondos reservados prohibi\u00f3 que se utilizaran uniformes, veh\u00edculos, comisar\u00edas y todo s\u00edmbolo policial. Finalmente, la presencia en los rodajes de un inspector con derecho a corregir y vetar lo que considerara oportuno permiti\u00f3 la emisi\u00f3n de la serie. Brigada Central parte de un personaje muy original: un inspector de polic\u00eda gitano interpretado por un joven Imanol Arias, que se vio catapultado en su carrera gracias a este papel. En torno a este complejo personaje, se aglutina todo un grupo de polic\u00edas que resuelve casos de diversa \u00edndole: desde prostituci\u00f3n de menores hasta tr\u00e1fico de drogas, pasando por operaciones de blanqueo de dinero, chantaje y extorsi\u00f3n. Para resarcirse del trabajo censor de la Direcci\u00f3n General de la Polic\u00eda, Juan Madrid decidi\u00f3 reescribir como novelas los catorce guiones originales de Brigada Central. En esta colecci\u00f3n aparecen por primera vez corregidos y revisados por el autor en una apasionante y gran novela de tres vol\u00famenes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
