Con 400 colaboradores en la obra siendo los m\u00e1s destacados especialistas en su tema bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Jos\u00e9 Rogelio \u00c1lvarez quien fue un cr\u00edtico y escrupuloso editor, director y redactor.
